At Dairy Boy, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all vintage-inspired drops and limited edition releases are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Dairy Boy tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
